End‑to‑end user journeys

How a typical user moves across Nova AutoCare from first visit through ongoing engagement.

1. Acquire & activate: Quote → Drivers → Policy → Onboard vehicle

  1. User lands on Dashboard or marketing entry and clicks Get a Quote.
  2. In Get a Quote, they enter vehicle details and usage for the selected car.
  3. They complete Driver Details (primary driver profile and prior claims) to refine pricing.
  4. They compare plans in Policy Options and select a cover.
  5. They complete checkout in Payment & Checkout, receive confirmation in Payment Success, and the active policy and certificate are available in Insurance Overview.
  6. Vehicle appears in My Vehicles and in Fleet Manager (for fleet accounts) with active cover status.

2. Operate & maintain: Health monitoring → Service booking

  1. Driver or fleet manager sees upcoming maintenance and alerts on the Dashboard and within My Vehicles.
  2. From a vehicle card they start the Select Service flow to choose maintenance type.
  3. In Schedule Appointment they pick garage, time slot and confirm an estimated cost.
  4. Intended: post‑service feedback and invoice data fed back into fleet analytics and insurer risk models.

3. Incident & claims: FNOL → Review → Payout

  1. After an incident, the driver navigates to Claims Center and taps File New Claim.
  2. They submit incident details, images and documents (designed as an extension of the existing claims cards).
  3. Claims pipeline tracks status from Submitted to Paid via the progress tracker.
  4. Intended: insurers consume the same data stream and decisions via partner APIs and dashboards.
